1.What is the procedure if i want to get nyc apparels and how long the waiting time?

2.Do you send oversea? How do you charge?
No. We do not deal with overseas' customer at this moment. Focusing Malaysia customers.

3.What is the calculation like?
There is no standard calculation. Quotation base on item weight WxHxL, international shipping, conversion rate,sales tax , handling fees, and spreers choice to go for standalone/share shipping for US domestic shipping, which is charge by web store,not us.

4.Why a $8 Sneaker/Bag you quoted is even expensive than a $12 Tee in Ringgit Malaysia?
Quotation is base on item volumetric Weight x Height x Length. Tee is light item whereas sneaker,bags are heavy item.

5.Why the Tee you quoted for spreer-A last week is RM52 but you quoted me RM55 now?
Pls be understand that we follow the forex exchange rate for USD conversion. Quotation last 7days from quoted date. We dont change the rate everyday, small increment we dont really care about that and you can enjoy cheaper rate.

6.What is US ground shipping means?Is that each item need to add US ground shipping?
US ground shipping meaning web store charge the shipping fees from ware house to my US address. You can share the amount with other same brand buyers,if there is any; some brand is depending on the quantity of items you order, some is standard rate.

7.Would it be cheaper if free US ground ship achieved?
No. The quotation provided is without ground ship charge unless stated. Meaning to say if free ship, you save more by not need to pay for US ground ship. Otherwise if no free ship, you can choose to standalone ship to avoid out of stock (OOS) or share with other buyers, if there is any.

8.When/ How do i make payment and do you cod?
Once confirm, pls bank in to MAYBANK/RHB account with mobile# and inform us. No cash on delivery, self collection is available at puchong/bangsar as termed or your choice for poslaju (signatured) or pos ekspres (non-signatured) at your own risk. Sorry that we're not able to control pos malaysia.

9.How can i check my order status?
Buzz us on facebook wall or simple drop us email nycspree@gmail.com. Practically please wait for us to send you notification when shipment arriving.

10.What should i do after item received?

11.Can I order something myself and ship to your US address?
Sorry, we do not have forwarder service.
